• The key or app is limited to dry runs for this kind of write.

What to do

Send the request with dryRun: true to see the plan, or ask an admin for a credential that may run it.

Retry: only after a fix. The same request fails the same way until you change the request, the credential or the resource.

Over MCP, the same failure is a tool result with isError: true, the code dry_run_only and retryable: false.
