How it works

From question to answer in four steps.

Your employer sets it up once. After that, it lives in the AI app you already use.

  1. Step 1: Your employer turns it on

    HR enables personal AI access for your company and chooses which AI apps are allowed.

  2. Step 2: You add Tobie to your AI app

    Paste one address, https://api.tobie.team/mcp, into an allowed app such as ChatGPT or Claude.

  3. Step 3: You sign in with your work email

    Tobie checks that your email belongs to your employer and that your app is on the allowed list.

  4. Step 4: You ask, Tobie answers

    Answers come from your employer’s approved documents, with citations you can open.

Your data, your controls

You stay in charge of the connection.

  • Plan documents, not your file

    Tobie answers from plan-level documents. It never returns another person’s information, and it does not store health details from your questions.

  • Your employer sets the rules

    It is off by default. Your employer decides whether to turn it on and which AI apps you may use.

  • Disconnect anytime

    Remove Tobie from your AI app whenever you like. Your employer can also end every connection at once.

Can I use it today?
It is rolling out. Your employer has to turn it on first, and it stays off until they do. If you are not sure, ask your HR team.
Which AI apps can I use?
Any app your employer allows that can connect to an MCP server, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Connect your AI has the steps for each app.
Does Tobie see my personal details?
Tobie does not need them. It answers from the plan-level documents your employer approved, so an answer holds nothing about you. It does not store health details from your questions.
Who keeps my conversation?
Your AI app does. The conversation lives with that app’s provider, under its own terms, because it is a consumer app and not Tobie. Tobie only receives the question it is asked to answer.
What if an answer is wrong or missing?
Every answer cites the document and section, so you can check it. When the documents do not cover your question, Tobie says so and tells you how to reach a person. Your plan documents always govern.
