    Your Tobie contact sets up admin access for the people on your team.

  2. Step 2: Connect your AI app

    Add https://api.tobie.team/mcp in ChatGPT, Claude or another app, then sign in to Tobie.

  3. Step 3: Approve what it can see

    The consent page lists the permissions and names your company, the one tenant the connection is bound to.

  4. Step 4: Work, with a record

    Ask about your launch and tasks. Every call is logged, and you can disconnect any app at once.

Who in my company can connect today?
Client admins, with an OAuth sign-in bound to your company. Employee access is rolling out and stays off until you turn it on.
What can a connected agent see?
Your company only, and only customer-facing fields: launch status, projects and the tasks shared with you. The consent page lists the exact permissions. See Tenants and data classes.
Can an agent change things on its own?
No agent approves its own work. Changes that need a person are proposed, and someone approves them in Tobie. There are no approve tools for agents. See Approvals.
How do we get API keys for our HRIS?
Through your Tobie contact today. Keys are hashed at rest, shown once, expire after 90 days and can be limited to your IP addresses. A self-serve console is rolling out.
How do we disconnect an app?
Revoke the connection in Tobie and every token issued under it stops working at once. With employee access, you can also disconnect everyone in one step.
